Hi! I'm Laura Bowman, Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator, Registered Nurse, Certified Breastfeeding Counselor, doula and mom of two!
I absolutely love doing OB/GYN education and I am passionate about ensuring that women/birthing persons have all the information and tools they need to make educated, evidence-based decisions for their pregnancies, births, and early parenthood.
Why take childbirth & newborn classes?
Evidence-based childbirth education prepares pregnant persons for the journey of childbirth and gives them the tools they need to make confident decisions with their care providers. Most importantly, people who take childbirth classes are more likely to feel satisfied with their birth experiences and have fewer complications.
